The paediatrics and neonatal department provides medical and nursing care for newborns who need treatment. The children's section admits patients from one month to thirteen years of age.
The department works around the clock in three shifts and has two sections: children and newborns.
Children's section
This section cares for all patients from one month to thirteen years old. Children with medical, surgical and ear, nose and throat conditions are admitted here.
Neonatal section
This section has two parts: one for sick newborns and one for newborns with jaundice who only need phototherapy.
